St. Andrews Hospital & Healthcare Center, a renowned rural hospital & healthcare center and a key member of the MaineHealth® Family of healthcare providers, is celebrating its 100th anniversary.

As part of a summer-long anniversary celebration, St. Andrews is hosting and co-hosting with other local community organizations a myriad of special events. St Andrews will also be hosting a 100th anniversary celebration/dedication ceremony for the new John F. Andrews Medical Arts Building on the St. Andrews Hospital Campus and sharing the hospital's rich history with the community.

July 24: St. Andrews Community Health Day in conjunction with the Boothbay Region YMCA (various locations - see event schedule for details)

July 24: Sunset kayak cruise leaving from Tidal Kayak dock

August 1: 100th Anniversary Celebration/Dedication of the NEW John. F. Andrews Medical Arts Building - St. Andrews Campus

August 23: Sunset Boat Cruise - Harbor Princess - with the Cahoots!

Founded in 1908, this first mid-coast hospital, originally called Gregory Sanitorium, was later renamed St Andrews Hospital.
