The Code Enforcement Office will be conducting compliance inspections on sites that have been issued permits. These inspections will include verifying that the project has been constructed as permitted.

Geoff Smith, Assistant CEO and Marian L. Cadrette-Anderson, CEO, will be inspecting all the sites that have been issued permits to construct docks, piers, ramps & floats.

Sites that have been issued permits to construct garages, decks, porches, sheds, workshops and small additions will also be inspected. Smith's first round of inspections will be concentrated in the watershed overlay zone, generally the area of Knickerbocker Lake, Adams Pond and the wellhead protection area.

When a property owner is issued a permit, their signing of the permit authorizes inspections necessary to insure compliance with all Town regulations.
