Wiscasset man charged in South Bristol fatality
Wiscasset resident Paul Andrews, Jr. has been arrested in connection with a November 22 accident in South Bristol, which took the life of Kyle Goulette, 21, of South Bristol. Goulette lived in Wiscasset before moving to South Bristol.
