The Boothbay Region Senior Citizens Club met Wednesday, November 14 for its annual Thanksgiving dinner. They had a lovely turkey, prepared with the help of their firemen friends (thanks guys), and all "the fixin's" brought in by the members. After dinner, they had a spontaneous sing-a-long, led by Kay Brown at the piano.

On December 12, members will have their only meeting this month. A ham dinner will be served, again prepared by the members. All are asked to bring a wrapped ornament for a "Yankee Swap." For entertainment, Christmas songs will be sung by Mary Miller, accompanied by Dominic Garvey at the piano. Members are asked to bring their gifts for the veterans at Togus.

Beginning in January, the club will return to its usual schedule of meeting on the second and fourth Wednesdays of each month. For now, the plan is to have a bag lunch at one meeting and a potluck at the other.
