The Southport Town Hall was standing-room only Monday night as residents convened to discuss how the state's new school consolidation plan would affect Southport.

School petitions now available

Petitions being circulated by the Maine Coalition to Save Schools, which encourages overturning the new school consolidation law, are now available locally.
