On Saturday, November 10 at 10:30 a.m. the Boothbay Railway Village will offer, at no charge, a presentation of how a detailed museum exhibit is put together. An informative one-hour get together in the museum's Town Hall will excite and interest those attending.

"It doesn't take a model railroader to help build and operate a model railroad." With that thought in mind the presentation will focus on the work being done on the museum's own model railroad exhibit, and the many activities available for entry level or "wannabe" modelers.

After the presentation attendees will be invited to view the museum's exhibit and chat with some of the volunteers to gain further knowledge of the hobby and the museum's efforts in this exhibit.

The model railroad is a new opportunity for high schoolers, families, and retired folks.
