Hanson pleads not guilty; trial in November

Boothbay Planning Board member Ken Hanson pled not guilty at Lincoln County District Court, August 29, to the charges of driving to endanger stemming from an incident that took place on July 11.
Hanson, who declined to comment, was cited by Lincoln County Sheriff's Department for driving his pickup truck and supposedly forcing Linda Bosarge and her three-year-old son Matthew off the road as they were driving in a John Deere Gator, with provisions for their boat on Tavenner Road.
Bosarge also filed a Protection From Harassment order requiring Hanson to stay away from her and her son, through Lincoln County District Court, which was signed August 8.
Bosarge and her family summer at a location on Tavenner Road that requires them to go past Mr. Hanson's residence in order to access an ocean front property where their boat is docked.
Hanson's trial is scheduled for November 8 at 8:30 a.m. |
