On Saturday May 26, the Boothbay Railway Village will open its gates
to invite visitors to experience steam narrow gauge railroading, rural
life, village exhibits and an exceptional antique automobile display.
The museum has on exhibit an exceptional antique automobile collection.
Included in this display are cars from the late 1800s to the late 1950s.
New or returning for this year are the 1902 Rambler Runabout and the 1931
Pontiac Sport Coupe, a Senior Award winner.
Exciting news for this year is that the museum will be hosting a Day
Out With Thomas™ on July 27-29 and August 3-5, when Thomas the Tank
Engine™ will be visiting the museum in addition to a vast array of other
entertainment offerings. Visit the museum's Web site for more

The non-profit historical museum consists of over 30 historic
structures, over 55 antique vehicles and offers visitors the experience of
riding a coal fired narrow gauge steam train ride. Some of the highlights
are the 1847 Town Hall used for town meetings and cultural affairs, the
Spruce Point Chapel available for Sunday services and of course the
antique vehicle exhibit comprised of cars such as a 1910 Stanley Steamer
Runabout.
The Village will be open from 9:30 a.m.-5 p.m. weekends only starting
May 28 until June 4 when the museum commences daily operation. Train rides
are offered several times throughout the day. Contact the museum for exact
