Do you have any old photographs from the 1950s through the 1990s which might be appropriate for the Boothbay Register's anniversary issue book? We're in the process of reformatting and expanding our anniversary issue, which was published in December, and hope to add more photographs to the book version.

While the Boothbay Region Historical Society has been very helpful with photos from the 1800s to the 1940s, their files have few photos taken in more recent years.

Of special interest would be buildings no longer in existence or radically changes, groups and organizations, scenics, and any others to which many region residents would relate. The photographs do not need to leave our building; if we can borrow them for even a few hours, to scan for our book, we'd be very appreciative.
