Joyce Chagan Wins Busline League Individual Title
Kevin Burnham
Seventh grader Joyce Chagan sprinted the last 50 or so yards to nip Camden's Rebecca Twaddel at the finish to win the 2001 Busline League girls individual cross country title at Medomak Valley High School on Thursday, October 4. Chagan had never beaten Twaddel in the two years she has competed against her and Twaddel was undefeated this season--until October 4.
